Fun Fact of the Day:
There have been multiple tremendous performances by players during the World Series to lead their team to the title, along side winning the WS MVP. There have only been three players in the history of the Fall Classic to win 2 MVP’s; Sandy Koufax (1963, 65), Bob Gibson (1964, 67), and Reggie Jackson (Mr. October) (1973, 77). There have been multiple postseason legends to win an LCS and WS MVP in the same year, but to win more than one WS MVP is something special. Only some of the most clutch players of all-time are the ones to accomplish this task; the two greatest pitchers and Mr. October.
