Legend: The 1971 Baltimore Orioles team was exceptional, as all four of their starting pitchers won at least 20 games each. The Orioles finished the 1971 season with a record of 101-57, but lost to the Pittsburgh Pirates in Game 7 of the World Series. The departure of Matt Kemp to the Padres during the Winter Meetings was a hard pill for Dodger fans to swallow. Kemp was one of the most beloved Dodger players, especially when he was healthy. Giants Find Pablo Sandoval Replacement

On Friday December 19th, the Giants traded away minor league pitchers Kendry Flores and Luis Castillo to the Miami Marlins in exchange for 3B Casey McGehee. After winning their 3rd WS title in 5 years, the San Francisco Giants were sure that they would be able to resign their star 3rd baseman, Pablo Sandoval, but they were wrong. “The Panda”, as they call him in San Fran, decided to sign with the Red Sox for 5 years. The Yankees Only Permanent Infielder Gets Traded

On Friday December 19th, the Yankees trade a player that no one thought would ever get traded. Martin Prado is that player, as he had been marked down as the starting 2B for the 2015 season, for quite some time now.
