The National Baseball Hall of Fame was founded to reserve the memories of the game and it’s players; it keeps legends alive. Every year former greats are inducted as new members, either based on their performance, effect on the game, or both, or even more than that. Some potential inductees have yet to get in, those who made, or were a crucial part of the history of baseball. Dodgers Making Horrible Decision in Going for it in 2016

The Los Angeles Dodgers have not been to the World Series since 1988. Since, LA is 17-31 during the postseason losing 6/9 playoff matches. In 2009, they lost to the Phillies in the NLCS, then missed the postseason 3 years in a row after. So, they decided to make an adjustment in order to get to the World Series. They signed Zack Greinke, and the Dodgers have won the NL West the last 3 campaigns, but have only made it past the divisional series once. Clearly, that plan has not worked either.
