After a failed experiment of Matt Kemp and other big moves during the 2014 offseason to get San Diego to the playoffs, the Padres have continued to trade that team away, as Matt Kemp has been dealt to the Braves in exchange for outfielder/3rd baseman, Hector Olivera. Pirates Trade Melancon, but for a Good Cause

As the trade deadline nears, the Buckos put away the rumors of a Melancon trade by in deed dealing him. However, in return, Pittsburgh did acquire two premier power left handers who throw upwards of 97 MPH. Harbor Park; A Spactacular Triple A Venue

Despite the major leagues presenting the grandest of ball parks, Harbor Park in Norfolk, VA is of major league caliber just like the many players on the Tides’ squad. The home of the Norfolk Tides (Triple A of Baltimore Orioles) is 24-years-old, but still looks brand new. It may only hold 11,500, but is very roomy including a picnic area in left field and a party deck in the right field corner.
