Wrigley Field; Representing the Beautiful History of Baseball

Wrigley Field is just over 100 years old and sure shows it’s age, so it hardily has any modern era twists, which makes it unique and true to baseball history. Despite the game adapting to the new modern styles and young fans, the game still needs to be preserved, so when the true fan who respects baseball as America’s past time, walks into Wrigley Field, it’s a breath of fresh air. Great American Ballpark Lives in the Past

Great American Ballpark sure shows some great team spirit, there’s that. However, Cincy hasn’t been dominant since the Big Red Machine, whom was arguably one of the best teams in the history of baseball, so it makes sense that the stadium thrives on their memorabilia. Progressive Field, like the team, doesn’t get much recognition, when it should. As for most of the fairly new baseball venues, Progressive Field has bars/restaurants in the outfield overlooking Continue reading Progressive Field an Absolute Must See

Why Michael Brantley’s Return Will Continue to Lift the Tribe

Since the hiring of Terry Francona, the Indians have had stellar pitching, but the lack of offense has kept them from advancing deep into the postseason. Slightly above .500 has been just about the story every year for the Tribe, but 2016 may seem to be different. Since the return of star, Michael Brantley, on Tuesday night, the Indians have won 4 in a row, propelling their record from 10-12 to 14-12. The Tribe has a solid lineup without their left field hitting machine, but with him in the lineup, the Indians sure look like a championship squad, even if Continue reading Why Michael Brantley’s Return Will Continue to Lift the Tribe
