National League is Winning

Fun Fact of the Day:

Over the years since 1933, the MLB has seen 86 all-star games between the NL and AL. There have been streaks of years when each league won several in a row, then some decades where they went back and forth, but overall the NL has won the most. The National League has won 43 games while the American League has won 41; and there has been 2 ties. It wasn’t until 2003 that the game had meaning, when the league decided to create an incentive: the winner gets home field advantage in the World Series. Ever since, the game’s atmosphere has been changed, as the manager’s of each team are from the previous season’s Fall Classic teams, so they really want to win the game because their team has another chance of making the Series again.
