Rockies Jumped the Gun too Soon on Tulo

Late last night the Colorado Rockies and Toronto Blue Jays agreed on a deal that sent Troy Tulowitzki and Latroy Hawkins to the Jays in exchange for Jose Reyes and a trio of right-handed pitching prospects (doesn’t mean much considering the Jays are lakcing pitching), but the players involved in the deal is what made it a shocking deal. Citi Field vs Yankee Stadium

New York City is home to two storied baseball franchises, who both moved into their new state of the art venues in the beginning of the 2009 season. Since, both stadiums have received much praise, as the new venues have joined the MLB’s family of modernized stadiums. Is Cole Hamels Worth a Shot for the Sox Playoff Hopes?

The Boston Red Sox did quite an amount of work during this past offseason in order to be contenders again, but it hasn’t worked out. They may only be 6.5 games out of first in the AL East, but the Sox are 5 games under .500. The reasoning behind their struggles is not just one answer it’s everything. Tigers Add Neftali Feliz to Pen

Over the past few seasons the Detroit Tigers have been slowed on their road to winning the Fall Classic, mainly due to their lack of bullpen production. Before 2014, the problem for the bullpen in Detroit was lack of talent, so they added former KC closer Joakim Soria, veteran 9th inning man Joe Nathan, and Joba Chamberlain; they were then stacked enough to pull through and possibly win the series. But, then after winning their 4th consecutive AL Central title, the Tigers got swept in the ALDS all thanks to not being able to hold leads in the late innings.
